Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, an Oil & Gas company with operation field in Madura, is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team.
Responsibilities:
• To prepare future production system in all fields by designing business processes in operation, maintenance, and HSE.
• Prepare commissioning and start-up procedures, service contracts and goods (spare parts, tools, equipment, etc) required for Operation.
• Developing standard operating procedures and support the development of the fields from a production perspective, in line with company and regulatory requirements, to ensure alignment between field development and production processes and optimize the efficiency of production (start-up) include in reviewing design of Wellhead Platform & FPU on the production side view.
• Deeply involved in the Hazid, Hazop, Fera, Gas Dispersion Analysis, QRA, PDMS Review, Safety & Equipment Lay-out, and other required design and assessment.

• Proficient knowledge & experience in technical Oil and Gas.
• Has held a supervisory/structural role for minimum 7 years.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum / Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Physics Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
• 10 years of experience in production function (Offshore) in Oil and Gas industry, with 7 years of experience working in Offshore.
• Proficient knowledge & experience in technical Oil and Gas.

• Implement safety procedures on HCML daily activities to ensure all activities in Shore-base are conducted in compliance to the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Conduct socialization on HSE Policy and Procedures at Shore-base to ensure safety awareness across the Company.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate the regular Shore-base HSE coordination meetings and inspection to support compliance of all HCML daily operational activities to HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Conduct incident investigation, follow-up and tracking of incidents involving HCML personnel including fatalities, injuries, fires, explosions, property damage, spills, near misses and vehicle incidents and ensures that a follow-up of the validated corrective actions is implemented.
• Conduct Site Emergency Response Plans exercises/drills to ensure the validity of the plans and evaluate emergency exercises/drills; observe and propose any remedial and recommendations to improve the emergency preparedness.
