We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
(Assignment: South Kalimantan)
Provide efficient Human Resources (HR) daily administration and HR services to Site’s business line in order to support the business line with HR excellence service related matters and participate in contribute the success of Site’s business line as one of company core business.
• Min. Bachelor Degree from any disciplines.
• Min. 3 years experiences in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Good negotiation and supervisory skill.
• Required occasional travelling to job sites to communicate with employees.
• Willingness to do whatever is required and work outside normal working hours to achieve objectives.
• Conduct recruitment processes for local candidate from PRF process, local job advertisement, shortlist applications, test and interview, medical exam, negotiate offer and obtain final approval from HR Head Office and Project Manager to ensure that recruitment processes are complete and conform with company’s procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Performance Appraisal process, training program, identify employee mobility in Site in order to provide active participation in developing and motivating employees in Site
• Maintain issues on Industrial Relation and compensation & benefit in Site liase with HR Head Office to ensure all arising issues are well accommodated.
• Prepare HR paper work such PAR, Personnel Details, Employment Agreement in HR related matters for new employee, promotion, transfer, change of status employment, report to JAMSOSTEK & ASTEK, HR monthly report to provide HR administration assistance.
• Prepare, process and control all documents and permits for expatriates and their family in order to obtain legal permit for working and living in Site area conform with current government regulations.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with regional and local government, Man power, Police, Mine & energy and communities around Site area to have smooth company’s operational activities.
• Prepare and provide administration support for all employees such as pay slip distribution, meal & transport reimbursement distribution to ensure employee’s rights and benefit based on company’s procedures.
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Plan, direct & Control for managing and overseeing sales & marketing strategy and the daily operations of the Central Bonded Logistic (Pusat Logistik Berikat) activity; Inbound, outbound and inventory operations; import and export process; and providing leadership in the definition, development and implementation of internal controls as required by the regulator and to accomplished corporate profit and growth as well as procedural compliance and meet good practice to the business ethics, company and HSE standards.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Management / Logistic related
• Min. 10 years experiences in logistic & warehouse
• Strong in import and export process, customs documentation (BC 1.6, BC 2.8, BC 4.0,BC 3.0 master list, etc)
• Strong in warehouse management
• Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented
• Good reporting system
• Good behaviour, open, honest and proactive
• Able to working under pressure to meet delivery time
• Good communication and negotiation skill

• To ensure the performance and expectations of all stakeholders is met or exceeded and to ensure that international standards are achieved in the daily operations
• Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate day to day operations inbound, outbound, sales & marketing, warehouse and inventory management activities
• Prepare sales and marketing strategy, sales pipe line and follow up to closes the business deal with client
• Develop and communicate inbound, outbound and inventory management policies and procedures
• Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to operations
• Monitor inventory level, inventory movement, inbound and outbound operation using manual or computerized inventory systems
• Develop & monitor process, standard and system in support organization business
• Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the inventory management operations
• Coordination with customs regularly
• Perform weekly, monthly, annual report and system review regarding inventory control and recordkeeping.
• Perform internal audit regularly and report to management.
• Monitor and analyse operation performance and implement continuous improvement
• Responsible for cost effectiveness & efficiency
• Lead, select, coach, train, manage, and appraise the performance of inventory management personnel and team
• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
• Interface with the Clients’ on commercial HSE, program and quality matters
• Initiate & drive the team for scorecard target achievement
• Daily controls - HSE procedures compliance
(Assignment: Tangerang Selatan)
Plan, manage and controlling for waste disposal, collection, recycling activates. Responsible for revenue generation and to dispose and treatment of waste safely, with due consideration for the environment and whilst conforming to government regulation . To accomplish corporate profit and growth as well as procedural compliance and meet good practice to the business ethics, company, and HSE standards.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Environmental / Engineering .
• Min. 8 years experiences in Environmental / Waste B3 Operations.
• Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented.
• Good reporting system.
• Good behaviour, open, honest and proactive.
• Able to working under pressure to meet delivery time.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Leading by example.
• Strong in waste B3 and Environmental government regulation.
• Direct, manage and evaluate programs and procedures operation waste management which align with organization strategy.
• Responsible for waste management revenue generation and align with business development to closes deal with client.
• Develop and review all operations permit and license are obtain and conforming to government regulations.
• Develop method for waste collecting, treatment and transporting and continues improvement in handling waste.
• Manage and operate waste management with environmental international standard and comply with government regulations.
• Provide professional best solution for the company based on strategy and operation analysis.
• Develop new products, standard, process or operational plan for waste management.
• Design, coordinates and implement quality management system and ISO 14000.
• Liaise with external parties (Government Agencies, Clients, etc.) related to commercial HSE, program & quality matters, environmental, and waste management regulations.
• Responsible for cost effectiveness & efficiency which conform to company budget and KPI.
• Develop team members in skill, leads, schedules, allocates and monitors work.
• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
• Direct and control HSE procedures and comply with Environmental compliance.
