Responsibilities:
• Arrange and facilitate identification and definition of staff employee competencies for the purpose of soft and hard competencies and upgrading of minimum competencies requirement.
• Conduct job analysis process for each position with such of job analysis methods, reviews and analyse the existing Position Descriptions in order to propose of new revised / updated Position Descriptions that in line with organizational staffing strategy.
• Establish, maintain update and manage Position Descriptions database in Human Resources Information System in order to maintain updated Position Descriptions.
• Conduct Job Evaluation process for each position using International Position Evaluation (IPE) system by Mercer, in order to determine PC (Position Class) for each title/position.
• Assist ODS Coordinator in review, analyse and update organisation structure and business process in order to provide a clear and update organization structure within company.
• Provide Organization Development support by conducting the mapping for current Position Description and identify the redundancy/shortage of position if needed, in order to propose and advise the new/modified process/positions needed (included; functional role, job description, competency needed, etc.) to the respective function.
• Collect and reconcile document of Performance Appraisal processes to ensure that the performance appraisal result are fair, objective and reliable for used as a basic for establish individual development plan and individual career plan.
• Review, develop and create Human Capital policies/procedures, guidelines and forms, in order to enhance smooth and efficient business process.
• Provide administration support for training acitivities such as: coordinate training / workshop (including transportation, accommodation, assembling materials used by instructors), distribute materials, correspond to trainers and all field personnels.
• Able to perform other ad hoc tasks that are given by Superior.
• Implement HSE policies and programs in all activities of work area.

• Establish and develop communications plans and materials, including web content, press releases and articles as well as organise several annual and special networking events and informal ceremonies involving the beneficiaries to ensure that external relations programs has been socialized and communicated well.
• Inform and advise the management with key community issues that can significantly influence company reputation to ensure that preventive action has been decided by management.
• Coordinate and liase with Project Management in delivering corporate social programs to ensure corporate social programs run smoothly.
• Establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship.
• Review inquiries and proposals from the third party, screen and conduct due diligence, draft summaries and recommendations for being reviewed by the executive comittee.
