BECOME ONE:
QEHS Manager
Responsibilities : 
• Support and ensure implementation of action plan, guidelines, processes and policies.
• Support local organization to deliver products and services by managing proactive and systematic quality improvement activities.
• In a role typically including one or several of the following responsibility areas: management systems, HSE, SQA, product classification, continual improvement, production quality assurance, inspection, metrology and calibration.
Manage team activities
• Implement and follow up of assigned development actions.
• Secure internal cooperation and support cross business cooperation.
• Ensure that the relevant QEHS documentation is developed and maintained.
• Support maintenance of management system and tools.
• Ensure continuous improvement by e.g. effective notification handling (corrections, corrective actions and preventive actions).
• Ensure that internal audits are planned and performed according to plan.
• Provide QEHS management expertise for continuous improvement activities.

Education:
• S1 or Master in Environmental and Public Health, Management and Engineering.
Experience:
3-5 years in the same position
Trade Document Coordinator
Responsibilities 
• Follow up on time customer invoicing and payment collection for delivery projects.
• Creation and coordination of documentation related to milestone payments.
• Delivery of milestone documentation to customer.
• Participation into discussions with customer regarding milestone achievement and related certificates.
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of contract terms
• Excellent communication skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Proactive thinking skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Fast learner and capable of “thinking out of the box”.
• Computer skills, familiar with MS Office.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Fluent/mother tongue Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good English.
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia.
Education:
• BSc Financing or similar
Experience:
• Experience working with delivery project finances or cost control
