DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER – 925486

Some of your duties will include:
• Assist the Project Manager to plan, lead, organise and control project resources, in human and equipment capital terms, to meet both client and TCI targets in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Co-ordinate establishment, monitoring and update of all project plans, budget, program resource requirements to ensure delivery of the project on time and to budget;
• Manage site budgets; Meet budget productivity and utilisation rates;
• Meet, as a minimum, overburden and coal mining targets in accordance with internally generated mine plans;
• Constantly achieve, and exceed, benchmark KPI’s in terms of equipment performance, cost control, coal recovery and overall production targets;
• Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of monthly financial reporting;
• Maximise profitability to satisfy or exceed financial goals of the project; identify areas for operational efficiency and deliver on commitments;
• Actively investigate enhancement to procedures and process that achieve Improvements in performance, job satisfaction, and productivity;
• Provide effective and ethical leadership which is innovative to the extent it needs to be to meet changing and challenging conditions;
• Establish and maintain a harmonious client relationship to assist project delivery and enhance client satisfaction;
• Manage relationship with subcontractors to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, cost and quality;
• Maintain good relations with community figure heads.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary qualification (degree) in Mine Engineering, Survey or related mining discipline – essential; must have 5 years experiences as a Deputy Project Manager Mining experience with stable employment background with a minimum of 10 years professional experience in large open cut coal mining operation of which at least two or three years in production/ service supervision/ management role.
• Have experience at mine planning, subcontract management, cost management and managing staff; Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction / mining management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction / mining project management, Tendering process,Financial concepts; Hold POU certificate of Mine Energy Department is desirable; OHS&E requirements Legislative and statutory requirements
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
DEPUTY MINING MANAGER – 925489

Some of your duties will include: 
• Assist the Mining Manager to co-ordinate all mining superintendent and all supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter burden in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated area;
• Ensure the selection of projects that match objectives of Business Plan by ensuring risks in tender and contract conditions are recognized and accounted for;
• Plan, direct, monitor and reconcile the technical aspect of the mining operations including daily, short to long term (annual) plans, operational performance, blast design and sequencing, rehabilitation, drainage and road design, to assist in achieving agreed coal production targets;
• Analyse and review the system, procedures and equipment utilized within the mine and recommend improvements to enhance coal production;
• Maintain and facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, clients, customers, suppliers with respect to operational capability, performance and recourse requirements;

SUPERVISOR SERVICE – 925491

Some of your duties will include:
• Ensure all necessary actions are taken to rectify any faults identified by the inspections in accordance with the correct procedures;
• Responsibility to avoid re-work jobs; quality assurance for all workshop/servicebay and field tasks, achieved by continual monitoring of work in progress and the procedures that are being used; all maintenance reports to be completed accurately and on time;
• Ensure personal accurately complete personal time cards daily;
• Ensure when approving store issues that parts are required and the most cost effective repair option is being used;
• Ensure all parts required for Service and know work are ordered promptly and their progress checked regularly with warehousing and planning; ensure correct manpower levels for Service work with planning department; ensure work is completed on time and operations are notified; ensure completed equipment is registered with plant dispatcher and transferred to the GO-LINE.
What skills and experience do you need?
• a minimum Senior/technical High School recognized industry trade qualification; minimum 1 year experience in a same role at mine site or minimum 2 years experience in leading hand of mechanical service department; experience in leading a team, good Computer literacy, having strong motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
SUPERVISOR TYRE – 925492

Some of your duties will include:
• The scopes of your role will include but not limited to monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide services to the satisfaction of all tyres and users;
• Responsible for tyre repair and tyre fitter crew safety;
• Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list: front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule, tyre condition check on the unit in DOOD;
• Ensure the operated unit is assembled with appropriate tyre, rock ejector, tyre valve caps, valve bracket and bolt/nut;
• Monitor and maintain important tyre tools and equipment such as: pneumatic wrench, pneumatic torque tools, pneumatic grinding and buffing tools that all must be provided with maintained and clean air/water separator, pressure regulator and line oiler;
• Cooperating with tyre administration in performing inventory of tyres, rims and tubes stock every month: Preparing consumable spare such as tyres, rims and its component, repair good and tools as we as tyre tools.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Senior High School or TCI Apprentice graduate; Substantial experience in a similar or related role. You should; proactive; communicative; good management responsible & adaptable.
SUPERVISOR AUXILARY – 925501

Some of your duties will include:
• Accountable to ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved;
• Ensure work safely and follow all work place safety procedures;
• Organise subordinate for job execution as per plan & supervisor direction; Ensure daily job execution is followed as per supervisor or superintendent instruction;
• Perform scheduled & unscheduled mechanical job;
• Ensure all jobs are reported to Info mine for input into OCDC and monitoring of machine status; Initiative asking about job to supervisor, communicate to supervisor or inspector for daily basis;
• Prepare paper work related to daily work execution (area inspection, PRF, safety target etc.); Analyse faults and repairs to the machine;
• Work towards minimizing DOOD and equipment down time;
• Ensure all mechanical inspections and failure reports are carried out correctly;

• Maintain good communication between mechanics, leading hands and supervisors;
• Ensure all defect are carried out and close all WO’s open if all job has been done;
• Make hand over job clearly to shift Leading hand or supervisor;

• a Bachelor Degree holder in Mechanical Engineer, 10 years working experience in the area of mechanical repair and supervision in mining industry, planning of mechanical repair and previous experience worked to budgets.
