SUPERVISOR ENVIRONMENTAL – 925869 (Wahana)
Some of your duties will include: • Develop, manage,
communicate, implement, maintain, audit and review Environmental
Management Plan consistently to meet ISO 14001 requirements. •
Develop, manage, communicate, implement, maintain, audit, and review,
environmental management procedures and support their implementation so
as to achieve environmental objectives and targets set for the projects • Determine the work activities and priorities of the Environmental Group • Deliver Environmental Performance • Actively contribute to a positive team work environmental at all times • Communicate openly and honestly at all times • Good English (written and oral), and computer skill
What skills and experience do you need? • Degree in Environmental or r Agricultural or Biology or Forestry or Chemical Engineering • ISO:14001 Auditor • Has attended training on water management, re-vegetation and rehabilitation, ISO 14001, waste management, etc. • Environmental scope of work in mining activities
SPECIALIST TRAINING - LIFTING – 925867 (Balikpapan)
Some of your duties will include: • To train and assess TCI
employees in mining projects for all aspects of lifting equipment:
mobile crane, forklift, crane truck, tele handler, elevated work
platform and overhead crane training, lifting study in order to achieve
optimum safety best performance and maximum productivity with a high
focus on safety and to ensure that TCI lifting equipment training
requirements are being conducted in accordance with the TMS; • Assist in the design, review or update of lifting equipment-training material which is relevant to used competency standards; •
Actively involved in maintain and monitor of training equipment used
for training activities and provide report to superiors when
noncompliance found; • Provide accurate report and feedback of
training activities to site supervision and TCI Training &
Development supervisors in order to keep the alignment systems between
training & development and sites and assist in database improvement.
What skills and experience do you need? • Minimum graduated
from Senior High School/ vocational school or similar with minimum of 5
years’ experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a
mobile crane trainer or previous Supervisory experience required with
Lifting equipment’s OHS License (SIO) class I including other lifting
support equipment: crane truck, overhead crane, forklift, tele handler
and elevated work platform; Certificate IV in Workplace Training;
Rigging Inspector certificate and Crane Inspector Certificate is
preferred. • Strong communication skills; facilitation skills;
presentation skills; computer and English literacy; have self-confident,
familiar with work in under pressure.
SPECIALIST TRAINING (MECHANICAL) – 925801 (Senakin)
Some of your duties will include: • Develop, review, revise and amend TCI Training Packages and lesson plans. • Promote TCI courses to site personnel ensuring that purpose and content of training is understood. •
Active involvement in the planning of training activities with minimal
disruption to production activities in order that training facilities
& resources are optimised • Maintain current technical skills and competencies • Design assessment material, which is relevant to, used competency standards; Conduct tests and Examinations.
What skills and experience do you need? • Recognized Industry
Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications; with minimum of 10
years’ experience within the mining industry as a HE Tradesman
Mechanical; 3-5 years’ experience as a trade trainer and or
supervisor; familiar with heavy earth moving equipment technical codes
including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader;
Certificate IV in Workplace Training; POP Certification; • Training
System principles and concepts; Strong communication skills in English
and Bahasa (written & verbal); facilitation skills; presentation
skills; have self-confident, familiar with work in under pressure and
computer literacy.
COORDINATOR QA/QC – 925800 (Senakin)
Some of your duties will include: • Responsible to verify that
the quality management system requirements are being, and have been
achieved as required by the quality standards and the contract scope of
works . • Responsible to develop and manage systems and processes to
ensure that project maintains agreed ISO 9001:2008 accreditation,
supported by cohesive and clearly understood Management Plans. • Ensure document control is implemented as quality management system requirements. • Responsible for registering, storage, protection, retrieval, retention and disposition of document records. •
Ensure Project Management Plan/ Sub Plan, Procedures and quality
document up-to-date, documented and incorporate the requirements of
the contract and Quality Standard & have been implemented. •
Perform surveillance and audit activities on consultants, suppliers and
subcontractors to verify compliance with project/contract
requirements. • Implement corrective action & non-conformance
control system on the project for recording, actioning and closing
out non-conformance based on audit.
What skills and experience do you need? • Graduate program in various discipline & Quality Management System Training • Previous experience in implementation of Quality Management System role • Experience as Internal Quality Auditor • Experience as document controller • Thorough knowledge of CLA’s and Current Awards • Have IT Literacy; good knowledge in QHSE, team work, Communication verbal & written.
SUPERVISOR PUMP – 925870 (Senakin)
Some of your duties will include: • Coordinate and supervise pump and pit dewatering activity to achieve target in a safe environment ; •
Lead, organize and provide direction to employees to ensure
outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q
outcomes and the business results; • Implement daily pit dewatering
plan as per discussion with engineering; Ensure all pump and hose are
maintain properly; Supervise and assist pit dewatering; Monitoring water
discharge from pumping process
What skills and experience do you need? • Applicants should
have a minimum graduated from Senior High School; requires a minimum 5
years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Pump in
large open cut mining operation; • Good leadership and people
management skills; be able to operate computer; conflict resolution;
Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification at Mine and
Energy Department.
SUPERINTENDENT PLANT – 925841 (MSJ Project)
Some of your duties will include: • Ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved; •
Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop
and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and
prioritizing of the equipment repairs; • Ensure plant operational
activities are completed in a safe, timely, efficient, environmentally
aware and cost conscious manner; • Ensure there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets; •
Participate in the planning process to manage forward purchasing
activities for components and parts; assist Plant Planning & Sites
in the development of structured plant maintenance schedules; optimize
major rebuild schedules with Plant Planning; • Manage the relevant
mobile plant assets to ensure 90% availability by proactive and
continuous improvements to the asset base; • Lead, organize and
provide direction for employees to ensure required performance is
achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business
results; • Proactively train workforce to meet plant operational requirements; • Liaise with OEM’s, dealers and suppliers to purchase parts and to optimize plant operational and cost performance.
What skills and experience do you need? • Applicants should
have minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade
Specialist is preferred; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional
experience in similar role as Superintendent Plant with relevant
qualification in Mechanical Repair and Mechanic Supervision in mining
industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair; •
Mechanical repair experience in Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu,
Hitachi, Coal hauling and lifting equipment; handling diagnostic skill
in all aspects of electrical repairs; • Good leadership and people
management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have
ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent
interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in
English; be able to operate computer; conflict resolution; sound
decision making skills; Posses POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya)
certification at Mine and Energy Department.
