SENIOR SUPERVISOR MINING – 925840 (MSJ Project)
Some of your duties will include: • Coordinating all
supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter-burden
in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated
area; • To actively coordinate with trainer to achieve productivity and production; •
To lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure
outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q
outcomes and the business results. Set an example for all in the
workplace to follow in safety, leadership, attendance and personal
behaviour. • Maintain and facilitate clear communication with all
stakeholders, clients, customers, suppliers with respect to operational
capability, performance, and resource requirements.
What skills and experience do you need? • Applicants should
have a minimum graduated from Senior High School or Degree in
Mining/Civil Engineering is preferred; requires a minimum 5 years’
professional experience in similar role as Senior Supervisor Mining in
large open cut mining operation; • Mining heavy industry experience is essential; could operate mining equipment; •
Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training
in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E
supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both
oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; conflict
resolution; sound decision making skills; Posses POP (Pengawas
Operasional Pratama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be
able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).
SENIOR SUPERVISOR WAREHOUSE – 925845 (MSJ Project)
Some of your duties will include: • Responsible for the management and coordination of all Warehouse and Purchasing section ; • Liaise with the Balikpapan and Jakarta Procurement and Logistic departments to efficiently expedite materials to site; • Review and monitoring of all Store costing, receipts, issues, storage, allocation, and inventory levels’ •
Liaise with the Store supervision on the logistics and procurement of
all purchasing, and movement of plant and materials, by road, longboat,
airfreight, shipping and LCT’s; • Communicate effectively with all
parties on matters relating to receipts and deliveries of Spare Parts
and/or operational materials on arrival. • Ensuring that the best
pricing and practices are put into place and monitored in relation to
maximizing the best financial outcome for the Project. • Daily communication with the Plant Superintendents in relation daily activities, expediting priorities, reviews, and reports. • Responsible for the management of the JDE Warehouse computerized Inventory System. • Management of all stock takes and reconciliation’s in relation to unders/overs. • Monthly Store evaluations of Stock and Direct Charge Materials. • Maintenance and distribution of KPI’s in relation to all Store Stock. • Management of the Fuel and Oil requirements, shipping, receipts, and daily stock-takes, and reconciliation’s. • Oversee processing and data entry of daily fuel, oil and plant returns and follow up input issues as required. • To actively contribute and promote a positive teamwork environment.
What skills and experience do you need? • Minimum S1 Degree
in either Industrial Engineering / Technical Engineering / Economic /
other discipline with previous 3 – 5 yrs experience in leading Supply
Chain / Warehouse / Inventory team as Senior Supervisor Warehouse. • Preferred experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse management, Logistics management, Financial Management, Cost Management.
SENIOR SUPERVISOR SERVICE – 925844 (MSJ Project)
Some of your duties will include: • Ensure the maintenance
department goals are achieved and ensure maximum communication levels
are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding
schedule servicing, safety issues, and prioritizing of daily servicing
schedule; • Ensure correct procedures are used when servicing and fuelling and monitoring daily servicing schedule
What skills and experience do you need? • Minimum of Senior
Technical High School or Mechanical Trade qualification and/or have
degree who are experienced with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr
equipments and other OEM’s products with minimum of 3 years’ experience
in a similar role as Senior Supervisor Service at a mine site; planning
of mechanical repair; Good leadership and people management skills
preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource
planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and
communication skills for both oral and written in English; able to work
under pressure are preferred character traits; good communication skills
- written and verbal English and computer literate.
SENIOR SUPERVISOR Plant – 925848 (MSJ Project)
Some of your duties will include: • Ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved; •
Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop
and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and
prioritizing of the equipment repairs; • Ensure plant operational
activities are completed in a safe, timely, efficient, environmentally
aware and cost conscious manner; ensure there is effective utilization
of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all
facets; • Participate in the planning process to manage forward purchasing activities for components and parts; • Assist Plant Planning & Sites in the development of structured plant maintenance schedules; • Optimize major rebuild schedules with Plant Planning; •
Manage the relevant mobile plant assets to ensure 90% availability by
proactive and continuous improvements to the asset base; • Lead,
organize and provide direction for employees to ensure required
performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and
the business results; • Proactively train workforce to meet plant
operational requirements; liaise with OEM’s, dealers and suppliers to
purchase parts and to optimize plant operational and cost performance.
What skills and experience do you need? • Applicants should have minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred; •
Requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as
Senior Supervisor Plant with relevant qualification in Mechanical &
Auto Electrical HE Repair and Plant Supervision in mining industry,
planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair; •
Mechanical & auto electrical repair experience in Liebherr,
Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Coal hauling and lifting equipment;
Handling diagnostic skill in all aspects of electrical repairs; •
Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in
staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E
supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both
oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; conflict
resolution; sound decision making skills; Posses POP and (Pengawas
Operasional Pertama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be
able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).
