ACCOUNT MANAGER
Accountabilities:
- Order Acquisition, Sales, Margin, and AR.
- KPI: CROL, time spent with customers, visit reports and Sales revenue.
- Make sure Account/customer satisfaction: i.e. Make sure delivery as commitment, excellent claim handling, order up dates, new products up dates, regular visit, customer feedback and easy to be contacted.
- Utilize CRM as the daily for all customer information and planned activities.
- Customer relationship and understanding customer business.
- Market understanding: competitions, market trends, products substitutions, etc.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieving his/her own yearly budget on Sales, Margin and AR.
- Making a good relationship with customers’ key people, especially the decision makers.
- Update customer installation, evaluate for business potentials and make a plan to sell SOLUTIONS to customers.
- Understand the market trend, competitions, industry development, etc. and update into CRM sales tools.
- Collecting key customers feedback by planning, implement and make follow up action for CROL timely.
- Developing his/her own selling capabilities by having clear understanding of customer business, customer organization, and customer need for our solutions.
- Timely making comprehensive customer up date, visit plan, account team meetings and reports in CRM and GM Service Sales.
- Collect the overdue AR.
- Coordination and communication with internal functions.
- Identify and develop prospects.
- Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction.
- Monitor the entire sales process and ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
- Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information.
- Identify, report and manage potential risks detected in the assigned projects.
- To perform QEHS procedure within area of responsibility.
Development Responsibilities:
- Make sure customer satisfaction by delivering services or products as what written in the contracts or PO. Using CRM as a sales diary.
- Implementing a proactive Selling.
Education:
University/Master Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, other engineering disciplines)
Experience:
- 5 years+ experience in similar industry, age >27 years ;.
- Experience gained in Energy Industry or similar service business.
