PROFESSIONAL EXPATRIATE ADMINISTRATION
Qualification
- Bachelor degree, majoring in any relevant disciplines.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Good in both English and Japan Literacy.
Job Rules
- Provide support on expatriate administration related to apartment, home leave, leave entitlement, children school, and other related matters refer to Company Standard.
- Provide support on the provision of formality arrangement with external parties, including monitoring database of expatriate formalities and arranging formalities for visitors in line with government regulations
- Support execution of expatriate payroll administration

GEOTECHNICAL TECHNICAL FOCAL POINT
Qualification
- Degree Civil Engineering or Master degree specializing in Geotechnics from a reputable university
Experience
- Minimum 15 years' experience as a Geotechnical Engineer. This will include experience onshore geotechnical field campaigns, specifying and managing field investigations on major infrastructure projects preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- At least 5 years of which shall be experience gained within field supervision as a COMPANY and or CONTRACTOR Representative.
- Has clear mastery level knowledge of field geotechnical campaigns.
Technical Competencies
- HSSE management and leadership
- Design of deep and shallow foundations
- Specifying and supervising field investigation campaigns Supervising laboratory testing
PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Qualification
- Bachelor degree, majoring in any relevant disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Having onsite experience in East Indonesia or Maluku is a plus.
- Fluent in English language, written and speaking.
- Good in power point presentation (preparation as well as presentation skill).
- Good public speaking will be beneficial.
- Objective oriented, high integrity, quick learner and self-motivated.
- Team player.
- Basic Knowledge and understanding in upstream oil and gas business process
Job Rules
- Support all social investment/community development program coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Community development to ensure implemented program meet the expected target and have good impact to Company image.
- Support engagement, collaboration and synergy of INPEX social/community development program including but not limited to with government agenciesand other institution

PROFESSIONAL MALUKU AFFAIRS
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 0 - 6 years experiences
- Having good team player
- Mastery in power point presentation (preparation as well as presentation skill) and other Microsoft applications such as excel, word.

- Having good English proficiency
Job Rules
- Administer travel and accommodations servicesfor employees and guests business arrangement
- Administer, check and verify travel and transport compliances; to ensure documents are recorded and filed in line with Company standards and procedures, and can be retrieved at short notice
- Support to review and monitor process of appointed Third Party in handling travel arrangement services
- Support to monitor the frequency of required accommodations servicesin an area, propose hotel contract/agreement, monitor and check hotel services from employees' feedback and other information; in order to ensure provided hotel servicesmeet agreed contract;
- Disseminate travel and accommodations guidelines and Standards to employees and related parties as plan, check Standards' implementation and provide appropriate supports if necessary
