1. Project Sales Engineer
Job Description :
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and influencers at assigned EPCs to ensure awareness of all potential projects in the pipeline 
• Actively engage across internal sales organisation to ensure project coverage with end users and key decision makers
• Utilise strong account planning skills, establishment of relationships and serving as the technical expert to key stakeholders at EPCs
• Deliver technical presentations to end users or EPCs that highlight the value of Emerson (Isolation ShutOff Valve) products
• Understand customer needs to uncover and add opportunities within accounts across all products and service solutions
• Strategically manage the specification and bidding process for projects to ensure that both Pentair and our capable channel partners are well positioned to win the opportunity
Qualification :
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical sales experience in the valve industry as plus point, Flow Control and/or Instrumentation Industry
• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering basis
• Proactive in learning more on the Emerson Isolation valve product portfolio and understanding how to differentiate product offerings competitively
• Prior technical sales experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or related process industries will be highly advantageous
• Technical knowledge of industrial valves preferred. Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API standard will be a plus
• Understand customer needs and able to leverage on both Isolation and Valve automation product portfolio and internal resources to identify cross-selling opportunities across accounts to create additional value to customers and maximize the Company’s sales revenue
• Good level of industry and application knowledge for the EPCs and end-user markets
2. Senior Account Sales
Job Description :
• Build relationship on power industry customer and maintain the customer database
• Assist customer with solution for any problems in process control and instrumentation
• Manage Inquiry Quotation Order from power industry customer consolidating with all Business Unit
• Presenting the overall Emerson product and positioning on power customer
• Responsible for developing business in power industry to achieve company sales target
Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimal 5 years experiences dealing with power industry customer
• Having good interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel
3. Senior Product Sales Engineer
Job Description :
• MRO and project pursue for sales of metering system and MR/S (Natural Gas Technology).
• Create or develop opportunity at the beginning, technical specs in earlier, positioning to customer, follow up the quotation/proposal to meet customer’s requirement, manage all enquiries, evaluating, compiling proposal and review the documents and finally to get the PO/Contract from customer.
• Do clarification, negotiation and technical discussion with customer.
• Review PO/Contract term and condition carefully.
• Review and analyze the costing prepared by Proposal Engineer/Application Engineer.
• Potential MRO and Project reporting in weekly basis.
• POR routine report.
• Visit/ trip customer including site survey and technical & commercial meeting.
• Analyze the competition situation and overcome with sales strategy.
 Qualification :
• Senior Product Sales experienced minimum 5 (five) Years (1 Person)
• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering : Mechanical/Physics/Electrical/Metallurgy/Instrumentation. Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
• Able to speak and written in English fluently.
• Have good communication skill and have good interpersonal skill and best personal attitude.
• Have experiences in sales of instrumentation metering system and or MR/S skid (pressure regulator) at least minimum 5 (five) years in the same field. He/She have familiar with tender/bid process and fully understand about PTK 007 KKMigas regulation. Experiences not limited to PSC companies and power plant (PLN).
• Fast learning / knowledge skill, able to review in detail.
• Have flexibility to trip within domestic region and or overseas area.
4. Senior Application Engineer
Job Description :
• Prepare proposal technical and commercial as per customer’s requirements
• Prepare for technical documents (drawing, datasheet, sizing, etc) as per customer’s RFQ
• Looking for vendor’s buyout material as required in the requirements
• Do clarification with customer
• Prepare for bidding documents
• Liaise with any BU’s for preparing the process during bid and order runs smoothly
• Provide pre-sales and technical support to EPC
Qualifications :
• Min D3/S1 Mechanical / Instrumentation / Control Engineering or equivalent in Engineering
• Having min 5 years experiences as Application Engineer in EPC Company
• Capable for using drawing software (autocad) and Ms Offfice operating software
• Hard worker, fast learner, able to work under pressure, good work as a team and alone
• Must have strong customer orientation
• Able to work overtime, have a good sense of urgency, good follow up, and analytical skills
5. Senior System Engineer
Job Description :
• Develop in electrical / control and instrumentation / automation stream
• Execute DCS System FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities
• Perform maintenance service routine for install based system
• Attend on call service for install based system
Specification :
• Develop in electrical / control and instrumentation / automation stream
• Minimum 4 years experience in PLC / DCS / Instrumentation domain
• Batch of safety system experience will be considered as additional advantage
• Knowledge in Visual Basic script
6. Admin Support (Temporary 3 months)
Job Description :
Support for techsupport, such as : prepare letters, contract schedule monitoring, prepare invoice instruction, payment status monitoring, prepare commercial weekly report.
Specification :
• Min D3 Administration
• Female, max 25 years old
• Experience 1-2 years as admin support, fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• Can operate computer with excellent Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
• Communicative, cooperative, details and problem solving
• Work as a team, and minimum supervision
• Understand project administration services
7. Document Control
Job Description :
• Membuat dan menyimpan dokumentasi proyek
• Mengirimkan dokumen ke customer untuk mendapatkan persetujuan
• Mendistribusikan dokumen yang diterima dari customer kepada tim proyek
• Membuat dan menyiapkan MDR proyek sesuai permintaan dari customer
• Mengatur proses authorisasi pada server proyek
• Mengatur proses korespondensi proyek kepada customer
Qualifications :
• Min D3 degree major in Administration / Management / Library
• Experience 2-3 years as document control / project administration
• Can operate computer with excellent . Ms office (Ms. Excel s advance)
• Understand project administration services
• Can speak english (speaking and written)
• Work as a team and minimum supervision
