BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Assist the field engineering manager at site planning, coordinating, and controlling the execution of the project in accordance with client requirements and objectives, within time and cost constrain and in observance of HSE and Quality producers and practices.
• Support the Field Engineering Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics (i.e. project internal and external interface management, contractual document issue and review, project active planning, data analysis and reporting preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, Project Record Books preparation, Spare Parts management, certifications collection, supplier payments, etc
2. POSITION : Electrical Field Engineer (1 Position)

• Knowledge of principles of medium and high voltage
• Knowledge of the sequences for substation equipment (switchboards and transformers) installation
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Supervise the execution of electrical works, both performed by subcontractors or indirect hiring, verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame
• Support the electrical subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of drawings and materials) of the work
• Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures
3. POSITION : Electrical Field Engineer (2 Position)

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Engineer (1st) follow vendor WTA ( Batch 1/2/3 of ABB PESB ), Verify the content of WTA, mobilize vendor at site and follow up their representative, perform inspections, track the material and punch list status, support the construction activity
• Engineer (2nd) follow up all the activities related to the MC (Mechanical Completion) for all the system , doing daily meeting with MC team at site, analysis, of ITR in line with CITEL and WINPCS, punch list close out in terms of material and engineering and coordination with construction team
4. POSITION : Instrument Engineer (2 Position “WTA Supervisor” and Material Coordinator”)

• Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase
• Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes and regulations.
• Quantity estimation for engineering disciplines
• Engineering man-hours and cost budget planning and monitoring
• Engineering project documents management
• Capability to monitor and control the engineering progress and schedule
• Engineering technical software tools
• Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activities.
• User level knowledge of Corporate and Operating Center Discipline technical design software tools.
• Capability to design and coordinate P&IDs for related systems.
• Engineering equipment / Material Testing
• Project materials post order management
• Capability to keep under control the budget of the Vendors site assistance and manage the vendors at site
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Review Client technical documentation and requirements
• Coordinate subcontracted engineering activities and control subcontracted engineering documents
• Define engineering design basis and guidelines
• Prepare the technical documentation for Instrumentation elements material and services requisitions and prepare, according to internal procedures, the technical evaluations
• Provide technical support to Project Team
• Optimize Instrumentation design ensuring minimal cost and complexity in compliance with the contractual and safety requirements
• Prepare Instrumentation technical specifications
• Prepare Instrumentation data sheets
• Prepare Instrumentation installation specifications and drawings
• Participate to P and ID mechanization
• Validate Vendor control valves and safety valves sizing calculations, measurements elements sizing calculations
• Coordinate engineering activities
• Ensure Instrumentation 3D modeling design activities
• Participate to F.A.T. activities ad Vendor workshop
5. POSITION : Fabrication Supervisor (1 Position)

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Minimum 5 years in oil and gas construction
• Coordinating and supervision of field construction work sites
• Familiar with ASME, design codes and standards, oil and gas industry construction practices

• Coordinate fabrication activities at Meindo Workshop
