Eni In Indonesia currently holds participating interests in 14 PSCs of which 10 are as operators. We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:
INSURANCE SPECIALIST
Purpose:
• Manage all insurance requirements for Eni Indonesia in accordance with local laws and internal policies.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Identify company risks and propose insurance coverage solutions
• Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, regulators, and other insurance related parties for the insurance placement
• Liaise with technical departments, cost controllers, planners, to identify and anticipate insurance needs and requirements for future activities/projects.
• Liaise and work with Head Office insurance group as required
• Review and ensure that all insurance coverages fulfill the appropriate conditions for local laws and company’s requirements
• Process change requests, endorsements, and renewals
• Ensure payments of insurance premium, insurance final adjustment, any refunds are processed in a timely manner
• Fulfill queries and documents requested by regulator and Head Office
• Prepare and submit annual budget for insurance premium (for SKK Migas and for corporate)
• Monitor and follow up with insurance companies & loss adjuster for any loss/claims process
• Prepare Bid documents for insurance tender or contract documents and contract administration.
• Provide insurance declarations & reports required by regulator
• Other duties as may be assigned in response to business needs

Qualifications & Experience:
• Education : Degree in relevant discipline.
• Language : Fluent in Indonesian & English languages
• Minimum of 10 year experience in the relevant expertise. Have extensive experience in international oil & gas industry is preferred.
• Knowledge, technical or professional skills:
- Detailed knowledge of local & international insurance market
- Detailed understanding of SKKMigas regulation in relation with insurance (PTK-044 Rev. 02)
- Knowledge of Indonesia’s & international insurance law
- Proficient in MS Office applications

TREASURER
Purpose:
• Manage all treasury functions of Eni companies in Indonesia.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Perform payments and cash operations, and the management of all bank accounts
• Perform treasury accounting and monthly closing
• Filing, Safe-Keep of Legal Document etc.
• Assist on monthly closing and Generate Payments (Eni Companies in Indonesia)
• Perform monthly closing routine. Monitoring operating bank accounts including:
o Account balance and
o Bank rates
• Prepare cash call to Head Office
• Prepare for reports of Bank Indonesia (LLD & DHE) in timely manner
• Provide assistance during internal & external audit
• Prepare Bank Reconciliations
• Maintain good relationship with banks

Qualifications & Experience:
• Education : Degree in relevant discipline.
• Language : Fluent in Indonesian & English languages
• Minimum of 3 year experience in the relevant expertise. Have extensive experience in international oil & gas industry is preferred.
• Knowledge, technical or professional skills:
- Knowledge of treasury functions, treasury accounting and banking systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
- Excellent knowledge of SAP
