Manager Internal Audit & Compliance
Responsibilities:
To develop Internal Audit Plan and supervise the effective execution of all audit activities, in order to achieve the Internal Audit objectives and audit plans to support HCML operation and manage External Auditors (BPK, BPKP, Directorate General of Taxation, SKK Migas, and others related institution) to make sure the audit process runs smoothly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 12 years experiences in the field of Auditing and/or Accounting fields or with Financial Consulting Form of which 8 years is spent in the auditing profession in Oil & Gas industry.
• Certified Accountant certification.
• Tax certification min. Brevet B, QIA (Qualified Internal Auditor) certification, and IFRS (International Financial Report Standard) are an optional.
• Have knowledge in PSC (Production Sharing Contract) for Oil and Gas.
• Audit skill and policy understanding.
• Advanced Accounting and Corporate Finance.
• Excellent Communication and reporting skills, especially communication in English (verbal and writing).
• Have negotiating and influencing skills are preferable.
