We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill in the following positions:

POSITION: QUALITY MANAGER

Purpose:

- Manage the development and implementation of the overall quality management system and or programs covering both operations and project development during planning, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations.

- Ensure the implementation of quality management system/initiatives are in compliance with both internal and external regulations/codes/standards, provision of leadership, mentorship and directions of all QA/QC personnel, inspection and certifications of equipment/facilities, and development of procedures and quality audit.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Operations/Base Business:

- Establish QA QC Programs and its implementation.

- Manage all field quality inspections and coordination of inspection activities and ensure the quality level in lieu of asset integrity programs.

- Maintain the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspections on the job.

- Manage QC inspection work to proceed in accordance with the quality plan, control procedures, and inspection procedures.

- Ensure all Contractors’ QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented and auditable, and fully compliant with all Client and regulatory agency requirements.

Project Development:

- Establish Project Quality Plan and manage its execution.

- Review and comment on Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning related to Quality documents, such as Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Procedures,  ITPs, ITBs, and other related Quality documents.

- Monitor the manufacturing, inspection, and testing activities at the contractor yards and highlight any issues to the project team in a timely manner.

- Monitor project construction and commissioning activities, monitor QC inspector's coverage of site inspection and surveillance activities, randomly participate in day-to-day inspection and testing activities and perform independent surveillance inspections, to ensure compliance with the project quality requirements.

- Provide active support to the project team in the review and finalization of various project document.

- Monitor the project's audit schedules and the conduct. Participate in project quality audits, failure and root cause analysis sessions, project meetings etc., as directed by Project Management Team and follow up for the timely closure of relevant action points, i.e. non conformities.

- Monitor and control the cost allocation against the Project/Operations quality budgeting.

- Monitor Company Quality System activities based on the CompanyManagement system.

- Ensure adequate quality resource to support project execution.

- Provide support and continuous monitoring/assessment of the Quality capabilities and performances.

Leadership:

- Work closely with Senior Managers, Managers, Delivery Managers, Project Managers/Leads,  Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal quality, reliability, and efficiency performance of existing operations facilities and projects.

- Develop and champion the project HSE strategy and related programs/activities/plans.

Business Planning:

- Develop, implement, and manage processes and necessary procedures to support existing base business/facilities and new green fields. This includes personnel requirements and contracts including utilization of shared services.

- Develop, track, manage, and report the OPEX and CAPEX models and project quality business plans.

- Coordinate the development and tracking of metrics and milestones, as well as Quality gaps closure.

HSE and Asset Integrity Interactions:

- Manage the development and management of Quality Plans, HSEQ long-term plan, as well as Quality annual plan and budget.

- Perform HSEQ audits to contractors as per operations and projects requirement.

- Support Asset Integrity for plant inspection.

Compliance, Permitting, & Audits:

- Have visible leadership/presence in project and operations (including fabrication yards) to demonstrate Quality leadership and ensure Quality processes required during work execution are effective.

- Ensure Operations’ and Projects’ activities are fully in compliance with Eni Quality procedures/processes and all applicable external (industry and government regulations and standards/codes).

- Schedule and carry out regular Quality visits at the workplaces as per Quality activities plans/needs.

- Establish Project Quality audit program & schedule and ensure the execution is warranted.

- Ensure Quality is in compliance with regulations and Company requirements and policies.

- Ensure that non-conforming projects/operations related to quality activities including potential non-conformances are identified and resolved through approved quality procedures.

- Ensure operations and project required Quality (PLO) permits are obtained on time.

Stakeholders Management:

- Coordinate with Project Manager, Delivery/Package Managers, EPCI, and other stakeholders to prepare Quality plans and execution.

- Engage early and often with the Government of Indonesia (Directorate General of Oil and Gas) for operations worthiness certificate (PLO).

- Participate in, or contribute to the review and planning of the project planning and execution strategies.

- Ensure Quality related meeting requirements between government agencies and projects are identified, with proper preparation and closure of action items are secured.

- Ensure communication of operations and project Quality programs, activities and metrics are well managed.

- Ensure submission of all Quality reports to Operations and Projects and others are properly managed.

Department and Personnel Management:

- Perform personnel management responsibilities for the Quality group for personnel development.

- Perform objective performance management and evaluation to all members for personnel administration including performance appraisal, Career Development Planning, Performance Ranking, and Succession Planning.

Metrics / Non Conformities:

- Ensure both Operations and Project Quality KPI metrics and plans are developed, reported, and tracked.

- Ensure all Operations and Project-related non-conformities are reported, investigated, lessons learned communicated and RCA action items are addressed.

HSE Responsibilities:

- Ensure HSEQ enforcement in all duties and activities are in compliance with general HSE rules and requirements of the Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental laws of Indonesia, and follow the policy of Eni Indonesia on Safety, Health, and Environment.

Main Interfaces:

- Internal: Facilities Engineering Team, HSEQ Team, Operations team, Project Development team, Drilling and Completion Team, SCM, Company Head Quarter.

- External: Directorate General of Oil and Gas, SKK Migas, other Government of Indonesia bodies, Contractors, Contractors for Quality/Inspection services.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

- Professional Qualification:

o Min. 12 years minimum experience.

o Professional Skill: Government and internal regulations/codes/standards.

- Training and Courses:

o Certified training from recognized inspection bodies.

o Certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor or Lead Auditor.

- Language: Native language and proficient in English both verbally and in writing.

POSITION: QA/QC OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER

Purpose:

- The primary role of the QA/QC Operations Team Leader is to coordinate the development and implementation of an overall quality management system and or programs covering both operations and project development during planning, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, start-up, and operations.

The role will be responsible for the quality management system (QMS), for the associated certification and accreditations that QMS can be delivered in high quality, timely, and consistent reviews that robustly meet or exceed all relevant accreditation requirements, as well as undertaking oversight and quality assurance & quality control activities.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead the QA/QC team by providing guidance, advice, and support to the team where the escalation of scientific, submission, and process issues is required.

- Deliver site staff and develop the team as required.

- Respond to complex and diverse inquiries using expertise and judgment to analyze and solve problems and provide/inform advice and support to the quality team.

- Provide advice and assistance to the Quality Manager, Operations Manager, Project Management Team, and other leadership teams on quality-related plans and issues.

- Ensure the Quality Manager and other leadership (as appropriate) are kept informed of any issues and internal and external developments that relate to or affect processes.

- Monitor and control the cost allocation against the Project/Operations quality budget.

- Ensure the adequate quality resource to support project execution.

- Have visible leadership/presence in project and operations (including fab yards) to demonstrate Quality leadership and ensure Quality processes required during work execution are effective.

Quality Assurance:

- Establish Quality Programs and Plans, and coordinate the execution safely and in environmentally sound.

- Contribute and coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of the quality manuals in order to ensure Operations and Project-related activities relevant to the quality conduct which is consistent, high quality, and timely reviews.

- Coordinate the implementation of the quality manual and work with the Training Officer and other functions to ensure that appropriate support and development are provided for the effective implementation of the manual.

- Develop QMS elements in accordance with ISO 9001, Eni procedures or guidelines, government regulatory, international standards, and codes and practices.

- Implement recommendations and provide a course of action to improve existing procedures and practices, and develop a shaping plan to improve quality programs.

- Provide professional and technical information, advice, and support relevant to both operations, project, other internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.

- Maintain the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspections on jobs.

- Establish audit schedule, and conduct, participate/lead in quality audits, failure and root cause analysis sessions, quality-related operations, and project meetings as advised by Operations, Project Management Team, and Quality Manager. The responsibility includes doing follow-up for the timely closure of relevant action points, i.e. non-conformities.

- Monitor Company Quality System activities based on the Company Management system.

- Provide support and continuous monitoring/assessment of the Quality capabilities and performances.

Quality Control:

- Coordinate QC inspection work to proceed in accordance with the quality plan, control procedures, and inspection procedures.

- Coordinate all field quality inspections and inspection activities to ensure the quality level in lieu of asset integrity programs are implemented and secured.

- Review and comment on Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning related Quality documents such as Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Procedures, ITPs, ITBs, and other related Quality documents.

- Coordinate efforts on the manufacturing, inspection, and testing activities at the contractor yards and highlight any issues to the project team in a timely manner.
