CAREER OPPORTUNITY
RH Petrogas Companies in Indonesia invites qualified and experienced candidates for the positions below. Candidate must be highly motivated professionals with leadership skills and attention to detail combined with pro-active and positive personality.
1. Buyer Material
Minimum bachelor’s degree graduate in any major from reputable university with minimum 3-years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries in related position.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in material procurement including but not limited to handling material requisition and purchase request, tender preparation, bidding process, and contract monitoring
• Hands-on experience in contract and pricing negotiation with supplier/vendor
• Hands-on experience in vendor selection through CIVD or Market Intelligence Database
• Involved in PTK 007 certification from SKK Migas
• Excellent knowledge of Local Content (TKDN procedure and calculation)
• Excellent knowledge of material and equipment specification in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Hands-on experience in using JDE system.
• Excellent data analysis and problem solving skill.
• Attention to detail and follow-through skill.
• Good relation with several oil and gas supplier/vendor
• English literate.
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office and others technical operating system.
2. Buyer Services
Minimum bachelor’s degree graduate in any major from reputable university with minimum 3-years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries in related position.
Qualifications:

3. Insurance Specialist
Minimum bachelor’s degree graduate in Finance or Management from reputable university with minimum 5-years of experience in Insurance or Risk Management and minimum 3-years of experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Industry.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in upstream oil and gas insurance and risk management.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Insurance Industry.
• Excellent understanding of risk assessment process.
• Excellent understanding of general Finance/Management and Insurance.
• Excellent analytical skill with attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Highly organized and work well in team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, innovation, and assertiveness, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good computer skills: MS Office and others technical operating system.
• English literate.
4. Gas Commercial Analyst
Minimum bachelor’s degree graduates from a reputable university with a minimum 7-years of experience in Oil & Gas Commercialization.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in oil and gas commercial and contract authorization including contract and agreement development.
• Excellent knowledge of the oil and gas business processes.
• Proven strong in commercial-operation, marketing, and economic analysis skill.
• Proven strong negotiation or analysis skills in oil and gas sales, LPG marketing, and other related commercial agreements.
• Significant relations with SKK Migas and other oil and gas stakeholders (experiences with Pertamina’s groups, PLN’s groups, local governments, and/or end-users will be a plus point).
• Strong business acumen skills.
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office and other related operating systems.
• English literate.
