We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill in the following positions:

POSITION: INSTRUMENT & AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

Purpose:

- The primary role of the Instrument & Automation Specialist is responsible to support instrument and automation operation system and maintenance activities in a safe manner with maximizing uptime and field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, manpower, etc.) and meeting company KPI target whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements to deliver the highest value to stakeholders without compromise to Safe Operating Principals.

- Support capital project activities relevant to the production facilities from the design phase up to commissioning and start-up operations in order to ensure the project is safe, effective, and efficient.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Develop and manage instrument and automation maintenance contract services to support day-to-day operation and maintenance activities in the field.

- Develop the budget for instrument and automation operation and maintenance, including the short term (yearly) and long term (4 yearly), internally and externally.

- Manage the budget for instrument and automation operation and maintenance in order not to exceed the internal and external approved budget.

- Provide instrument and automation technical assistances for field operation and maintenance team and coordinate with SME or Manufacture representative, as required.

- As a focal point to Eni HQ and external parties (local regulatory and contractor) for instrument and automation operation maintenance.

- Support the development of instrument and automation short-term and long-term maintenance strategies.

- Lead small modification and improvement projects related to electrical systems safely, on time, and within the budget.

Main Interfaces:

- Internal: Operations HSE, Maintenance Team, Production Team.

- External: 3rd party Contractor, Local Authorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent as a minimum, in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Physics.

- Professional Qualification: 3 (three) years experience in the oil & gas industry.

- Training and Courses:

o Employee Induction including HSE Awareness.

o T-BOSIET (1st time) or T-FOET (refreshment).

o Basic Fire Fighting.

- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies:

- Familiar and experienced in a variety of instrumentation and control equipment, manufacturers of control valves, solenoid valves, instruments, analysers, transmitters, etc.

- Familiar and experienced in Integrated Control and Safety System (ICCS).

- Familiar and experienced in metering systems including MPFM, allocation meter and custody meter i.e. Gas Ultrasonic Meter Emerson Daniel and Krohne, Moisture Analyzer Ametek, HCDP Analyzer Ametek, Gas Chromatograph Emerson Rosemount would be a distinct advantage.

- Familiar and experienced in Process Control Network (PCN).

- Familiar and experienced in developing and reviewing procedures related to instrumentation and automation system.

- Have knowledge in subsea systems, Onshore Receiving Facility (ORF), and offshore operations are preferable.

- Must have the ability to read and understand the drawings and specifications, specific to instrumentation discipline, e.g. P&ID, Loop Diagrams, schematic diagrams, and other technical drawings or document.

- Familiar with local and international standards and recommended practices for operation and maintenance in oil & gas production/processing facilities.

- Familiar with and experienced in to root cause analysis and troubleshooting of operational equipment with state of the art diagnostic techniques.

- Familiar with Honeywell DCS Experion PKS C-300, Siemens Simatic PLC S7-300, and Allen Bradley PLC Control Logix would be a distinct advantage.

- Have operational knowledge related to production and maintenance tasks, including material management and also small Capital Project, CAPEX & OPEX budget and cost control.

- Familiar with maintenance engineering processes such as RAM study, failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), etc.

- Familiar with and experienced in managing small capital and improvement project in term of planning, execution, and monitoring.

POSITION: ROTATING EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST

Purpose:

- The primary role of the Rotating Equipment Specialist is responsible to support rotating equipment operation and maintenance activities in a safe manner with maximizing uptime and field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, manpower, etc.) and meeting company KPI target whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements to deliver the highest value to stakeholders without compromise to Safe Operating Principals.

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies:

- Familiar and experience with a variety of rotating equipment and manufacturers.

- Familiar with shaft alignment method, leveling, centerline, for laser (Rotalign/Optalign laser alignment tools) and dial indicator method.

- Have knowledge in Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2 or equivalent, Thermography, Rotor dynamics analysis (Orbits, Transient Analysis, etc.), In situ Balancing, Laser Alignment, Structural Analysis (ODS, Bump testing, Modal Analysis, etc.), Electrical tests (Motor Current Signature Analysis, Partial Discharge tests), Acoustic Analysis (Environmental noise, Ultraprobe, etc.), Utilisation of multi-channel analyzers and online systems.

- Familiar with and experienced in overhaul, repair, and reliability upgrades of rotating equipment and in-depth knowledge of rotating equipment. Having a specific knowledge of rotating equipment in applications for FPU/FPSO is considered a plus.

- Familiar with mechanics (kinematics, dynamics), thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, strength and properties of materials, root cause analysis, and predictive analytics.
