1. POSITION  : CONTRACT LEAD

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE (PAPUA)

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 15 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Duration   : 6 months

Work location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Contract Management Execution (claim and change management with regards to partners, suppliers, and customers). Knowledge of contracts schemes and contractual terms and ability to analyse the main contractual conditions. Knowledge of the process of claim and change management with regards to contracts with partners, suppliers, and customers. Capability to address rights and responsibilities in a legal perspective and to highlighting pros and cons in relation to a certain variation, dispute, or claim, distinguishing the commercial and legal constraints.

2. Maritime regulations and company procedures. Knowledge of the appropriate and applicable legislative requirements.

3. Risk assessment principles. Knowledge of methodologies and tools for conducting risk assessment in terms of detecting, evaluating and prioritizing risks.

4. Contractual (i.e., special, general and contract) terms and conditions. Knowledge of contractual regulations, standard terms, and conditions.

5. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in general.

6. Knowledge in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical related industries or similar.

7. Fluent in English. Excellent in Microsoft Office and computer literate. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage and coordinate contract management activities ensuring that all aspects of the contract during the negotiation and execution phase are correctly addressed.

• Manage the resources involved in contract management activities, develop relevant professional competences and identify project staffing needs

• Provide all necessary reports regarding contract management matter to the corporate/company/project management

• Ensure collection and sharing of lessons learned, feedbacks and returns of experience on issues/criticalities encountered during contract management activities

• Recover bid contractual summary, any legal analyses and other support documentation prepared during tender phase

• Verify the completeness of contract documents (consistency check), supervise their distribution to project team members and regularly execute contract induction meetings

• Assist the Project Manager in developing the contract management execution strategy and ensure change process on the project, including appropriate claim management actions

• Ensure that all project specific contracts for goods, services or subcontracts are drafted incorporating contractual obligations and assisting the Project Manager in identifying critical packages (subcontractors and vendors) requiring special monitoring of contract risks

• Participate in the periodical project budget review meetings

• Review regulatory requirements

• Review, update and complete all partner agreements according to contract/project development

• Coordinate the contractual documentation filling

• Ensure the contribution to the Legal function for the management of preliminary activities of litigations and contribute during the following activities.

2. POSITION   : ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Department/Project : PROJECT IN BATAM

Education   : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 8 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Duration    : 6 months

Work location   : BATAM

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Client management. Capability to interface the Client, managing the contract and the development of the activities.

2. Commissioning and start-up activities. Knowledge and experience in commissioning and start-up activities. Experience in Test-run procedures and operations.

3. Construction standards and codes. Knowledge of all the main international construction standards, codes, and regulations. Ability to interpret them and to supervise their application.

4. Personnel rightsizing. Knowledge of the concept of personnel rightsizing and the methodologies to estimate the needed number of resources and their skills in order to meet project milestones and targets. Ability to supervise and review the process of rightsizing of the working teams, the assignation of project team activities and the definition of technical roles and tasks.

5. Quantity accounting and control. Knowledge of measurement methodologies and material quantities, in order to control the project progress and related costs. Knowledge of methodologies to evaluate the activities efficiency. Ability to organise and evaluate the breakdown of project quantities and to organize and manage interfaces with engineering quantities. Knowledge of the accounts control submitted by subcontractors and ability to review them. Ability to apply discipline price lists, progress measurement and accountancy.

6. Construction activities execution. Understanding of how a project execution and construction plan in framed. Ability to interpret and understand construction plans. Ability to execute the construction plan.

7. Electrical Substations installation. Knowledge of principles of medium and high voltage. Knowledge of the sequences for substation equipment (switchboards and transformers) installation. Knowledge of the end-to-end process, from construction to testing up to commissioning, of HV/MV equipment installation, including knowledge of the proper tools to be used in the operations. Understanding of tag out lock out techniques. Ability to execute the operations related to the construction sequences and the testing activities for substations equipment installation.

8. Electrical and instrumentation equipment. Knowledge of electrical systems and automation instrumentation installed on the field. Knowledge of installation methods and functionality.

9. Electrical and instrumentation equipment installation and tests. Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment and test procedures. Safe and proper use of electrical instruments as multimeter, megger and loop calibrators. Ability to perform test on electrical and instrumentation systems.

10. Electrical Technical Documents analysis. Knowledge of main features for electrical technical documents.

11. Vendors Management. Capability to keep under control the budget of the Vendors site assistance and manage the vendors at site.

12. Project HSE management. Definition, knowledge, understanding and application of HSE procedures and Project requirements for all project phases. Capability either to apply and to control and ensure the correct application of the HSE procedures / requirements. Capability to analyse HSE client requirements and to plan the need actions. Capability to develop HSE plans and perform relevant economic evaluation of HSE plans / HSE services / HSE activities

13. Contract Management Commercial Process (contract evaluation, negotiation, and proposal with regards to partners, suppliers, and customers). Knowledge of the process of preparing, evaluating, negotiating, and proposing contractual documentation concerning partners, suppliers, and customers.

14. Contract Management Execution (claim and change management with regards to partners, suppliers, and customers). Knowledge of contracts schemes and contractual terms and ability to analyse the main contractual conditions. Knowledge of the process of claim and change management with regards to contracts with partners, suppliers, and customers. 15. Subcontractor/supplier management and control. Knowledge and ability to follow HOSE contractual aspects related to subcontracted activities. Knowledge of sub-contract management. Ability to set and monitor quantities executed and cost for subcontracted activities as per contractual terms. Knowledge of contractual and legal aspects of the operational country.

16. Project Management Tools & Methodologies.

17. Quality control activities. Knowledge of quality control principles and responsibilities of roles involved. Capability to apply Quality Control Plans.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected

2. Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements

3. Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by assigned direct hiring personnel (feasibility analysis)

4. Set-up time schedule adhering to the time frame allocated to the specific scope of work

5. Arrange for the correct and cost-effective performance of electrical construction works, in accordance with the established operating programs

6. Coordinating and controlling the activities performed by the integrated team composed by supervisor, field engineers and Quality inspectors

7. Coordinate and manage all the external stakeholders including, but not limited to, clients, contractors, vendors other agency as required

8. Give all information regarding the progress of the work indicating any cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose any corrective actions as required to overcome these problems. Control production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity

9. Ensure proper discipline workflow, interfacing with all the project organization

10. Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works

11. Ensure the correct quantities accounts of the works, including updating man-hours and cost estimates for scope of work changes

12. Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the works performed, subcontracted or in direct hiring. Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus. Plan and monitor vendors or any specialists’ activities at site

13. Manage the technical and administrative documentation

14. Manage the accounting work progress following the construction program, updating the progress monitoring, and verifying the invoices from Sub-contractors

15. Ensure the achievement of the MC certificate according to priority and systemization done by commissioning, being responsible for certification and punch list clearance
