Procurement Officer

Requirements

• Has work experience on construction projects (min 2-3 years)

• A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer, Accounting or equivalent

• Familiar with construction materials (Specialized in project procurement, handling contractors, sub-contractors and building materials)

• Having experiences in Engineering Procurement Construction would be an advantage

• Able to manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the facility

• Able to implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value of cost

• Able to perform all procurement and contract activities, including pre-qualification tender management and negotiation

• Able to negotiate contract with supplier to obtain best price and service

• Able to identify cost-cutting opportunities to achieve financial objective

• Able to analyse market and delivery trends to develop procurement technologies and process that support those trend

Responsibilities

• Researching Potential Vendors

• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers

• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

• Review the quality of purchased products

• Enter order details into system (mainpac) and bidding comparison price

• Maintain updated record of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

• Prepare report on purchases, including cost analysis (Daily)

• Expedite Purchase Order outstanding

Senior Project Engineer

BRIEF RESPONSIBILITY :

Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities, such as roads, bridges, and other light construction work (steel-concreting); doing feasibility assessment-site inspect, prepare and implement project plan, and providing estimate project value

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCES REQUIRED :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Registration/Licensure as a professional engineer is a plus.

• At least five years of civil construction industry strongly desired

• Able to do site inspection for safety and on-site hazard assessment.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.

• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.

• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.

• Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software e.g. ArcMAP GIS/QGIS.

• IT knowledge & skills including with design software, such as MS Office-Project, AutoCAD Civil 3D, SAP; 12D is highly advantageous

TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Maximum : 8 Years

Application Developer

Requirements: 

• ITIL Foundations (minimum)

• Excellent interpersonal, team working and organisational skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Strong customer service focus, evidenced through courteous and professional dealings with all stakeholders

• Experience using XML and XSLT

• Experience using PowerShell

• Experience using C#

• Experience using JavaScript/Typescript

• Administrative and development experience using of MS Business Intelligence stack (SSRS, SQL, SSIS etc)

• Advanced Knowledge of SharePoint Online includes Administration and Development.

• Experience developing PowerApps

• Experience developing PowerAutomate flows.

• Tertiary (or similar) computer related qualification

• Experience with enterprise level reporting solutions

• Experience using K2 smart forms and workflows

• Experience Developing Power BI Dashboards

• Experience using ASP.net

• Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 Administration

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in development type role

Responsibilities

• Support the business in using and benefitting from the investment in technology systems

• Administer and manage Macmahon’s online systems (such as SharePoint, K2 Support and K2 Smart Forms)

• Develop system documentation, user operating procedures and training materials

• User the Microsoft stack of tools to deliver bespoke solutions that fit business requirements in a sustainable manner

• Deliver informal user training as required

• Troubleshoot, administer and develop database applications and associated reporting and integrations

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of broader industry trends and technology innovations and determine their applicability to improving Macmahon’s technology services

Business Intelligence Analyst

Requirements: 

• Tertiary qualification in a Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar field.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience post qualification spanning Business Intelligence / Business Analysis / Reporting.

• Excellent ability in data gathering requirements and client liaison.

• Strong SQL Server scripting skills and functional understanding (version 2013 or later).

• Experience with BI Reporting tools, especially Power Bi.

• Demonstrates sound analytical and problem-solving skills

• Has a good understanding of functional design and data modelling best practises.

• Excellent communication, and inter-personal skills.

• Must be a self-starter with good motivational and organisational abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience of Mining/Construction/Civil operational data and processes.

• Previous experience of working with SAP functionality, APIs, and data would be advantageous, especially S4/HANA

• Strong Power Bi knowledge of DAX, and common solution models.

• Experience of Power Bi Dataflows.

• Any SSRS knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, analyse, and synthesize organisational data and related processes.

• Use data analytics tools and techniques with advanced Power BI and SQL to identify and transition data into clear visualisations.

• Document key data metrics, data flows, and reports.

• Assist in the design, formation, and support of strategic data warehousing and data model collations.

• Organise and format data in line with system and user requirements.

• Understand key system functionality and assist in driving data compliance and integrity.
