Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

- Refine maintenance activities for effective & efficient production facilities

- Analyse maintenance activities & cost

- Design and enact maintenance system and procedures

- Confer with management on procedures and contract

- Propose maintenance program & budget

- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications.

- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and systems in oil and gas facilities, including pumps, compressors and generators

- Monitor and track the performance of mechanical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.

- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical equipment by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

- Manage and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical / Instrument Engineering.

- Min. 5 years of experiences in oil & gas industry / oil & gas services.

- Familiar with oil and gas facilities and equipment.

- Experience in the maintenance of rotating and static equipment, such as pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and heat exchangers.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

- Fluent in both written and spoken English.

 

Instrument Engineer

Responsibilities

- Design, install, and maintain instruments and control systems for oil and gas operations, ensuring the safe and efficient monitoring and control of processes.

- Perform detailed engineering and analysis of instrument systems, including flow, pressure, temperature, and level measurements, as well as control valves and actuators.

- Develop and review technical specifications, procedures, and documentation related to instrument systems and equipment.

- Provide technical support for commissioning, startup, and ongoing operations of instrumentation and control systems in the field.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and improve system performance.

- Conduct regular calibration, maintenance, and inspections of field instruments and control systems.

- Work closely with the operations, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure integrated system performance and reliability.

- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, timelines, and technical reports related to instrumentation activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physics/ Instrument Engineering.

- Min. 5 years of experiences in oil & gas industry / oil & gas services.

- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining field instrumentation, control systems, and related equipment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues efficiently.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

- Fluent in both written and spoken English.

 

Commercial Staff

Responsibilities

- To perform day-to-day to prepare Administrative Lifting/Gas delivery document (Production & Lifting Report, Slate Shipping, Minutes of Gas Delivery, Joint lifting Report, Sales Report etc), weekly and partnerships report.

- Familiar with the Production Sharing Contract and other relevant agreements on upstream oil and gas and involved to review and analyst Sales Purchase

- Agreement for Crude Oil & Condensate / Gas Sales Agreement Present detailed reports on Sales Performance, Lifting Performance, Market Price and Summary of ICP

- Ensure interest are protected in commercial negotiations and review the commercial implications of business decisions.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including buyer, transporter, Industry Professional etc

- Attend Shipping Coordination meeting as Representative Company

- Coordinating and cooperating with the Manager and other departments in handling lifting Crude Oil/Condensate & Gas

- Support Legal & Commercial Manager in communication with external parties

- Accurate preparation and analysis of Pricing Scenario and key trend within the Global Crude Oil Market

- Any other duties related to the job as directed by the Manage

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.

- University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering, Finance, or Law.

- Experience with major oil and gas projects.

- Strong teamwork, communications, high initiative, fast learner, agile

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analysed, and disseminate

- Significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work to multiple challenging deadlines.

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

2. Prepare bill of materials and/or material take off based on data either from 2D drawings or extracted from 3D TEKLA model.

2. POSITION  : COST CONTROLLER ENGINEER

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project

Education  : Bachelor’s degree

Working Experiences : Min 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work Location   : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Previous experience in cost control activities.

• Good skills in office applications (excel, SQL)

• Able to use SAP

• Cost Estimation. Capability to manage complete project cost estimation critically analysing different cost estimate solutions based on external input or elements arising from new contexts, supporting the risk evaluation with cost estimate elements.

• Cost and Work Breakdown Management. Knowledge of WBS \ CBS implementation process. Knowledge of cost control, planning and document control tool’s structure and management.

• Management of change. Knowledge of the overall project change management process, the functions involved, the procedures concerned, MOC tool for the onshore division, and the impacts on project economics.

• Project control processes. Knowledge of the project control scope, activities, tools, roles involved, documents, interfaces, and deliverables

• Project Control Systems. Knowledge of project control system tools and their integration logics. Knowledge of information management techniques. Capacity to interface with users to collect and address problems.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Cost control activities related to issuance to PAMF at Site

2. Invoicing verification from subcontractors

3. Supporting the existing team member for other Cost Control activities

4. Ensure the Cost Control System works effectively, and cost status is soundly assessed and reported

5. Monitor activity progress and the relevant earned value, as well as the value of work done against the invoices received, determining the monthly accruals (to have accounts in line with works progress)

6. Support the Project during the contract changes/claims process providing the cost impact analysis, and keep updated the cost/revenues forecast relevant to intercompany services

7. Analyse committed costs and activities to-date, review the estimate to complete, isolating any deviation from baselines or adverse trend and warn the PM on time to take corrective actions in order to prevent overruns

8. Maintain the risk management process organizing periodic meetings and verifying the risk owners’ feedback

9. Issue the project and company reporting

10. Support the Project Control Manager in the preparation of the Project close-out Report and the cost feed-back data to Project Control and Commercial Departments.

3. POSITION  : PIPING DESIGNER

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE (AS BUILT)

Education  : University Graduate from on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : 3 months contract (extendable refer to project needs)

Work location   : Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Diploma or equivalent technical vocational degree in appropriate engineering subject

2. Knowledge of tools related to 2D (AutoCAD Micro station Smart Sketch) and 3D modelling activities specifically S3D experienced users

3. User level knowledge of Corporate and Operating Center IT tools supporting business processes such as electronic document system management, and office automation applications

4. Capability to design and coordinate P&IDs for related systems. Full knowledge of Discipline workflow and of Discipline mechanization procedures and criteria. Full knowledge of Discipline P&IDs mechanization battery limits

5. Knowledge of Piping/Electrical/Instrumental/structural basic terminology and rules

6. Specific knowledge of drafting drawing techniques

7. Communicate in a simple, clear and assertive way. Adapt own approach to different audiences to have a positive impact and to gain support for own plans

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Using S3D System, to update 3D Model based on isometric redline marked up given by the Construction

2. Extract and prepare as deliverables as-built product of Isometric and Piping General Arrangement Drawing

3. Co-ordinate the work of his team with the Piping and Layout engineers of the project

4. Check the input data and all the documents and information issued by his team

5. Check permanently that all the assumptions upon which his teamwork is based keep up with the project development and warn the project Piping and Layout Lead of any detected anomaly
