Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities
- Refine maintenance activities for effective & efficient production facilities
- Analyse maintenance activities & cost
- Design and enact maintenance system and procedures
- Confer with management on procedures and contract
- Propose maintenance program & budget
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and systems in oil and gas facilities, including pumps, compressors and generators
- Monitor and track the performance of mechanical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical equipment by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Manage and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials for maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical / Instrument Engineering.
- Min. 5 years of experiences in oil & gas industry / oil & gas services.
- Familiar with oil and gas facilities and equipment.
- Experience in the maintenance of rotating and static equipment, such as pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and heat exchangers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Instrument Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design, install, and maintain instruments and control systems for oil and gas operations, ensuring the safe and efficient monitoring and control of processes.
- Perform detailed engineering and analysis of instrument systems, including flow, pressure, temperature, and level measurements, as well as control valves and actuators.
- Develop and review technical specifications, procedures, and documentation related to instrument systems and equipment.
- Provide technical support for commissioning, startup, and ongoing operations of instrumentation and control systems in the field.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
- Conduct regular calibration, maintenance, and inspections of field instruments and control systems.
- Work closely with the operations, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure integrated system performance and reliability.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, timelines, and technical reports related to instrumentation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physics/ Instrument Engineering.
- Min. 5 years of experiences in oil & gas industry / oil & gas services.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining field instrumentation, control systems, and related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Commercial Staff
Responsibilities
- To perform day-to-day to prepare Administrative Lifting/Gas delivery document (Production & Lifting Report, Slate Shipping, Minutes of Gas Delivery, Joint lifting Report, Sales Report etc), weekly and partnerships report.
- Familiar with the Production Sharing Contract and other relevant agreements on upstream oil and gas and involved to review and analyst Sales Purchase
- Agreement for Crude Oil & Condensate / Gas Sales Agreement Present detailed reports on Sales Performance, Lifting Performance, Market Price and Summary of ICP
- Ensure interest are protected in commercial negotiations and review the commercial implications of business decisions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including buyer, transporter, Industry Professional etc
- Attend Shipping Coordination meeting as Representative Company
- Coordinating and cooperating with the Manager and other departments in handling lifting Crude Oil/Condensate & Gas
- Support Legal & Commercial Manager in communication with external parties
- Accurate preparation and analysis of Pricing Scenario and key trend within the Global Crude Oil Market
- Any other duties related to the job as directed by the Manage
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
- University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering, Finance, or Law.
- Experience with major oil and gas projects.
- Strong teamwork, communications, high initiative, fast learner, agile
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analysed, and disseminate
- Significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work to multiple challenging deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good relationship and communication with SKK Migas / Ditjen Migas.
- Good English, both oral and written
