We are seeking high caliber candidates for the following positions based in Indonesia.   PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a division of Leighton Asia and mainly specializes in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines and tunnels. This position is based at the head office in Jakarta Administrative Officer (HRIS) (INA-13-HO-00015) Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible to manage Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Administration and/or Human Resources Database Administration and Management. This include managing various report and request regarding Human Resources data. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Management or Administration or any major with relevant experience; Min. 3 year experience in the same role ; Preferably female ; Familiar with SQL and or Database program and MS Access is an advantage ; Has experience in Compensation Benefit / Personnel Administration for above 200 personnel ; Familiar with multi-tasking of HRIS & other HR aspects ; Proficient in English ; Indonesian citizen.
