We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
SUPERINTENDENT INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (Jakarta Based)
Responsibilities: 1. Advise managers, site HR, and site management on a range of IR issues 2. Work with site HR to improve their knowledge and understanding of IR related legislation 3. Improve site HR confidence in dealing with IR issues 4. Assist in developing IR policies and procedures and advise on relevant law 5. Negotiation and consultation with trade unions 6. Effectively manage relationships between site management and trade unions 7. Establish, develop, and maintain the Provincial and Regional governmental network including all of labour courts officials 8. Communicate with site HR and the bipartite forums, servicing their needs through the meetings and gathering IR information 9.
To work closely with the operations manager in ensuring both the Union
and the Members are working together for the best interest of the
organization 10. Represent the company in every non litigation
disputes event and litigation disputes event (Labour courts and High
Supreme Court as required) 11. Review and implement of Corporate HR Policy & Procedures, Company Regulation, and Collective Labour Agreement
Requirements: 1) Tertiary qualification in Law with minimum of
8 year experiences in similar role for large Mining, Construction, or
Oil & Gas industry, 2) Excellent working knowledge of current Industrial Relations practices, Labor Law, or government regulation, 3) Possess valid lawyer / advocate licenses is a must 4)
Demonstrate a strong track record in managing IR issues and disputes
both in non-litigation phase (Labour Courts and High Supreme Court) in
within a unionized environment. 5) Experience of developing a good
working relationship with the good Unions and Employees / Employees
Representative (Bipartite Forum) 6) Ideally your experience will have been gained within a similar multi-sited environment. 7) Strong leadership skills and good team work, 8) Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
SENIOR SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER (Jakarta Based)
Reporting to the Applications Development Superintendent you will be
responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and support the software
deployed by the ICT team by performing effective analysis, design and
development and testing to meet the requirements of the department and
the users of the systems.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience working in SharePoint 2010 with at least 2 years in a senior role.
2. Proven Experience in the design, development, integration, testing
& deployment of SharePoint 2010 or above: SharePoint Web Components;
Nintex Forms 1.2.1.0 or above; Nintex Workflow 2.3.10.0 or above;
Archetonomy Mega Drop Down - SharePoint 2010 standard version; HTML, CSS
and XSL. 3. Strong Knowledge of: SharePoint; Security Model; Event Receivers; Search; Master Pages and Page Layouts. 4. Programming languages such as: LESS; JavaScript - jQuery and Knockout JS; PowerShell; SQL Reporting Services 5. Source control tools such as SVN 6. Deep understanding of relational database design of MS SQL database. 7. Strong knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle. 8. Ability to create a technical specification from a functional specification. 9. Experience with working in an environment that is tracked via an incident management tool. 10. Knowledge of ITIL practices desirable. 11. Good English language skills - Oral and Written.
SENIOR DEVELOPER APEX (Jakarta Based)
Reporting to the Software Development Manager you will be responsible
for the maintenance, enhancement and support the software deployed by
the ICT team by performing effective analysis, design, and development
and testing to meet the requirements of the department and the users of
the systems.
Requirements: 1. TAFE or Tertiary Studies in Information Technology or equivalent demonstrated experience. 2. Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in a software development role. 3. Experience with working in an environment that is tracked via an incident management tool.
4. Demonstrated experience in: Oracle Application Express (APEX);
Oracle PL/SQL; Database modelling and conceptual design; HTML;
JavaScript; Oracle BI Publisher; AJAX; Report Writing. 5. Thorough knowledge of system development lifecycle. 6. Strong debugging skills. 7. Proficient software unit testing. 8. Ability to work in a structured/controlled development environment. 9. Ability to work from a functional specification and create a technical specification. 10. Good English language skills - Oral and Written.
